While DW Quail is a family owned business their customer service is not only POOR it is non-existent.I tried to contact them about my order for a golf practice Mat and had to fill out their lengthy form online with unnecessary information.
After finally getting the form filled out it took over 24 hours for them to respond. I learned that they already charged my credit card five days prior to my inquiry. I got a response from David Quail advising me that the mat may ship today or maybe tomorrow. I had already waited ten days following a notification they they were moving.
After cancelling the order David Quail became very nasty and said that I could NEVER order from them again. He also call me an "***" more than once.
I was totally flabbergasted by their total unprofessional demeanor and am excited that I found out in advance what terrible service they provide.My advice is to STAY AWAY from DW Quail Golf.
